As PKI deployments grow, proper management of digital certificates is critical. IDC research found that the average cost of downtime industrywide is $250,000 per hour, and one unmanaged digital certificate that expires can hurt the bottom line.

Raj Singapori is a Principal PKI & IoT Solutions Architect for DigiCert with over 10 years of dedicated experience specifically delivering PKI solutions for enterprise and IoT customers.
Based out of the UK and covering the EMEA region, Raj has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked at both British Telecom and Ernst & Young before joining VeriSign in 2009 as a Professional Services Consultant where he designed and delivered PKI solutions for medium to large customers and global enterprises.
Shahid Rahim joined DigiCert in 2019 as a Senior Sales Engineer (UK/EMEA) in Pre-Sales Engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in IT Security, having started off in development/system integration and then later in consulting and pre-Sales.
Originally from Birmingham, UK, and now based in London, Shahid previously worked in the IT Information Security field for many years with Control Data Corporation (CDC) and British Telecom (BT Global Services) in Germany.
Shahid has also worked for many start-up companies in the security vendor space covering broad technologies; IDAM, Network Security, IDS/IPS, Cyber-Security, Vulnerability Management, Data Encryption, Reporting/Analytical tools for Centrify, Apani Networks, Foxt, Catbird Networks (Acquired by Cyxtera), and ForgeRock.
Jean-Marc Valat is the PKI & IoT Regional Sales Manager at DigiCert, the world’s premier provider of enterprise-class SSL, PKI and IoT security solutions for some of the world’s biggest organizations.
Originally from the South of France and based in the UK since 1995, Jean-Marc joined DigiCert in March 2018, as part of its European expansion, to look after UK, BeNeLux & Southern Europe.
Prior to joining DigiCert, Jean-Marc spent the majority of his career in IT Security working for companies such as VeriSign, Symantec, NetIQ and Gemalto (now Thales Group) where he held key sales management positions throughout Europe selling to medium and large enterprises.
